Preservation Age

Your preservation age determines when you can access your superannuation benefits after satisfying a condition or release (usually retirement).

For anyone born PRIOR to 1 July 1960, your preservation age is 55 (you should already be 55).

However if you are born on 1 July 1960 or after the following table shows when you can access your superannuation after satisfying a condition of release.
